You've Already Tried Everything Else
01 / Hiring
Six months to staff. Six weeks to lose the account.
Enterprise clients want output today. By the time your new hires ramp, the campaign window has closed and the client has noticed.
02 / Freelancers
Different person every brief. Every brief feels like onboarding.
Quality drifts. Brand voice drifts. The PM time you spend managing freelancers is the margin you were trying to protect.
03 / Other studios
Competing for your client behind your back.
Most production partners view your account as a sales pipeline. The moment they see the brand directly, the relationship gets a workaround.
04 / Offshore vendors
Cheap. Slow. Procurement-failing.
The savings disappear into rework cycles, security review failures, and the senior time spent translating briefs three time zones away.
05 / In-house studio
Fixed cost. Variable demand.
Your studio is empty between campaigns and overwhelmed during them. Either way, the P&L looks worse than the work.
06 / AI tools
AI without governed templates produces inconsistent, off-brand work at scale. The volume goes up; the legal rejection rate goes up faster.
Three Services. One Operating Contract.
We Will Not Go Direct to Your Client
We work with enterprise brands directly. We also work with the agencies that serve them. Both are deliberate. The thing that lets both exist is a firewall agencies can read in plain English — not buried in an MSA.
CLAUSE 01
NDA before
brief one
Mutual NDA executed before a single asset, system, or strategy crosses our desk. Standard template available on request — no surprises in procurement review.
CLAUSE 02
12-month
non-compete
For every brand you bring us, we contractually agree not to pitch, accept, or service that brand directly for 12 months after the engagement ends. Period.
CLAUSE 03
Conflict check before signature
Before we sign anything, we share our active enterprise client list with you under NDA. If there's a conflict, we don't take the engagement. We'd rather lose a deal than damage either relationship.
CLAUSE 04
You own the client communications
You can keep us invisible (all comms via your PM), bring us in as your extended team under your domain, or co-brand after a trust period. Your call. We default to invisible.
CLAUSE 05
If a brand we already serve becomes your client during our engagement, we disclose immediately and step out of the agency relationship. No silent overlap, ever.
CLAUSE 06
SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR. NDAs in 24 hours. Standard MSA available before the call. Your client's procurement team will not be the reason this stalls.

Partner call & conflict check
DAY 0 · 30 MIN
30 minutes. We share our active enterprise client list under NDA. You share the brands you'd want us to support. We confirm there's no conflict before either side spends another minute.
02
NDA + scoping
WEEK 1
Mutual NDA signed within 24 hours. We walk through your typical brief shape, volume, formats, and SLA needs. You see our standard MSA — including the 12-month non-compete language — before you sign anything.
03
Pod assignment & brand immersion
WEEK 2
We name the team. They study your client's brand, prior work, and any creative governance templates that exist. If governance is missing, we flag what we'd build to enable scale.
04
First brief, live
WEEK 3 ONWARD
Real work, against the real SLA. You audit the output before it goes to the client. By brief three, the rhythm is set and your PM is spending less time on us than they did on freelancers.
You serve enterprise brands directly. What if I bring you an account you already serve?
How visible is ESGA to my client?
What happens to the work product? Do you keep rights?
How does the India + AI cost structure actually translate to my margin?
What if my client's procurement runs a security review on you?
Can we start small?
