ESGA started with a single truth: growth happens at the intersection of potential and access.
In 2019, our founder, Siddhant Rathi, secured work with global brands. The projects mattered, but the access to them mattered more. It created stability, confidence, and momentum—even as the pandemic slowed everything else.
We learned something powerful: the right opportunities don't just change outcomes—they change trajectories.
